I'm Laura Batten, the founder of CRUSHABLE, a Certified Sommelier, writer, and rather outspoken advocate for Canadian wine.
I've spent nearly 20 years exploring this country's wine regions, meeting the people behind the bottles, and trying to convince Canadians that some of the world's most interesting wines are being made right under our noses.

I also host the CRUSHABLE Wine Salon in my Toronto home, where strangers gather around my table for exceptional Canadian wines, homemade food, and excellent conversation.
