Discover Canada's Most Exciting Wines
Forget everything you think you know about Canadian wine.
Join me in my Toronto home for an intimate tasting exploring the bottles, winemakers and regions quietly changing how people think about Canadian wine.
No lectures. No wine snobbery. Just exceptional wines, great food and conversations that usually last long after the final pour.
Perfect for visitors, couples, solo travellers and curious locals.
More Than a Wine Tasting
This isn't held in a restaurant or event space.
You'll be welcomed into my home, where small groups gather around the table to taste a carefully curated lineup of Canadian wines paired with local cheese and charcuterie.
Every wine has a story.
You'll meet the people behind the bottles, learn why Canadian terroir is unlike anywhere else in the world, and leave with a completely different perspective on what this country produces.
It's equal parts wine tasting, dinner party and storytelling.
What You'll Taste
Every experience is different depending on the season and what's exciting me at the moment, but you can expect:
5 premium Canadian wines
Rare bottles not commonly found
Wines from Niagara, Prince Edward County, British Columbia and beyond
Artisan cheese and charcuterie featuring Canadian producers
Plenty of conversation and questions
No previous wine knowledge required.

“If you’re even remotely curious about Canadian wine, Laura from Crushable is the person to follow. She’s an absolute powerhouse, making wine approachable, fun, and endlessly interesting while championing incredible Canadian producers. Her wine drops keep things interesting and are always a great conversation starter for folks that don’t know that Canadian soil can produce some top quality wines rivalling major wine houses. Laura’s got you covered coast to coast for what’s good from the Okanagan to the Annapolis Valley.”

★★★★★
“I have done multiple tasting with Laura and have thoroughly enjoyed every time. None of the wines we tasted can be found in the LCBO, so they are always ones that I have never tried before. I love how Laura focuses on Canadian wines as it gives me a better appreciation for what Canada has to offer. Laura is incredibly knowledgeable about wine, and the tastings are done in an approachable, intimate and judgment free way, making the tastings educational and fun! At Laura’s tastings, groups get to focus on what really matters: enjoying excellent wine in great company.”

★★★★★
“We did a large group tasting, we were happy she could accomodate a group of our size. Laura is a consummate pro, seemingly unlimited wine knowledge and just the right amount of naughty humour! Phenomenal charcuterie, and the wines were amazing -Crushable indeed. Everyone agreed that we wished we could do this monthly, but will have to settle with once per year. If you're reading these reviews, just book already!”
