On September 28, join me for an intimate virtual tasting with Jeff Moote, winemaker and the force behind Divergence Wines.
We'll open three wines together, talk about how they're made, where they come from, what Jeff is trying to achieve—and, because this is Crushable, we'll probably go down a few delicious rabbit holes along the way.

This is a pre-release tasting of the Gamay, so you'll get to taste it with Jeff and hear the story behind the wine before it's officially released.

The wine I'm particularly excited about. You'll taste this one before its official release and get to hear directly from Jeff about the vineyard, vintage and winemaking.
But this isn't a wine lecture.
You don't need to know anything about Gamay.
You don't need to know what "whole cluster" means.
You don't need to have a beautifully curated wine cellar.
And you definitely don't need to take notes.
Come with your wine, your dinner, your dog, your questions—or absolutely nothing but a glass.
I'll guide the tasting, Jeff will tell us what's actually happening in the bottle, and we'll leave plenty of room for conversation.
Because wine is considerably more interesting when you can actually talk about it.

We'll talk about the wines we're drinking, but also the decisions behind them—the vineyards, the vintage, the process, the things that work, the things that don't, and what makes a wine worth making in the first place.
And because this is live, you can ask him your questions directly.
